"Anthony was most helpful. It's frustrating dealing with unethical mechanic's I feel First Class Automotive was fair and honest with us in servicing one of our Sprinter work vans. They returned the part which I requested, answered phones and returned phone calls. We will likely use them again. Brian- Orange County Pool & Spa Service"

"LOVE this place. I'll never take my car to the dealer or another auto shop again!

It's nice to find an autoshop where they actually care about your safety, are honest, and don't try to rip you off. I went in with a window that didn't work and a serious brake problem. I left just a short while later with my car running beautifully, and without burning a hole in my pocket (shocking, I know)! The prices are great, the service is wonderful, and they really value their customers and make you feel cared for. I would highly recommend it!"

"First off, I just want to say that I never leave reviews...BUT the service here was so good that I felt that I needed to leave one. I had been having a problem with my 2005 Mazda 3S and had been procrastinating on having it looked at. I finally took it to the dealer and was told it needed a new fuel pump and it was going to cost me over $1K! I took it home instead looked up auto shops near my home and found this one with great reviews and decided to give it a try. I spoke to Alex who was super friendly over the phone and made an appointment to drop off my car. Alex took less than a day and informed me that they had figured out the problem was a torn valve! NOT the fuel pump. And it was less than half what the dealer was going to charge! If you are looking for a mechanic, look no more, this family owned shop is the way to go!

"Last time went for the wife, this time went for myself. I have a 2007 BMW 550i. It has been emitting this annoying squealing sound during idol for some time. It's quite loud in the garage and sometimes when I'm at a stop light pedestrians look at me. Initial thought is that its the timing belt or some other belt coming loose causing the noise. Upon closer inspection they discovered it was the PCV valve. When they opened her up and took a look, the rubber part had broken causing the vacuum to suck air causing a whistling effect. That's right....my car was whistling! LOL.

Anyway, relatively inexpensive part and repair. They did a great job and it took maybe an hour and half at most. They even cleaned my car up for me! Alex and his technician Tony are awesome! I couldn't recommend them highly enough! They do all kinds of cars and have the right knowledge, skills, and equipment. They do complicated German cars like my wife's Mercedes and my BMW and Japanese as well as American cars."
